And today, the Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif has finally initiated the formal registration of the minority card in the fulfillment of her promise. And now the families of minority communities can receive a stipend of 10500 every quarter after completing their registration.

For this purpose, the Punjab government has introduced a special portal for minority communities through which they can easily complete their registration process. • This card is given to the applicant if they belong to the province of Punjab.
• The applicant must be belonging to only minority families, like Hindu, Sikh, Christian, etc.
• The applicant must have a computer along with an ID card and a mobile phone number.

• The applicant should have a score of 45 or below PMT.
• Applicant’s family hasn’t received financial assistance of any other aid program so far.

Procedure To Get PMT Score For Satisfying Eligibility Criterion

• After opening the above official portal, you need to open it from the provided link: https://mcard.punjab.gov.pk 
• The portal will open the page which will show a log-in page.
• You just log in to your existing account by entering the appropriate username and password in that section, in case you already created one.

• As soon as you click on the sign-up button, a form will open in front of you to create an account.
  Create your account by filling in the form with information like name, ID card number, mobile network, mobile number, and other information.
• After creating an account, log in to your account by entering your username and password.
  You should find the New Application button at the right corner as soon as you log in to your account.
• As soon as you click on the New Application button, the application form will open in front of you.
• Once the application form has been opened, fill up your entire information and hit on the registered button.
