BISP Dynamic Survey – In 2011, the BISP Dynamic Survey was introduced as the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER), which aims to collect information on the social and economic status of households registered under the BISP Benazir Income Support Program. Dynamic Survey of 2024
There is still a considerable portion of the population that has not yet registered with the BISP, either due to ineligibility or other reasons. The Government of Pakistan has launched a new registration survey for BISP known as BISP 8171 2024 Dynamic Online Registration Survey.
This survey is considered more reliable than the NSER survey. The main objective is to cover as many impoverished people as possible in the BISP Dynamic Survey, offering them financial assistance to improve their quality of life.

The 2024 BISP Dynamic Survey represents a digital and transparent registration procedure for eligible families seeking support through the Benazir Income Support Program. Unlike the previous Ehsaas 8171 survey, this new survey aims to address the problems encountered in the registration process.
Important Points to Note:
In case of a widow applying for registration after the death of her husband, she must possess an updated NADRA ID card.
Any person with a disability who wishes to register in the dynamic survey must present a disability card.
A divorced person who wants to register must have an updated CNIC from NADRA.

- House electricity or gas bills.
- Children’s B forms.
- Original CNIC of the partner.
- People who are not strictly eligible for BISP include government employees, those who belong to the elite or business class & high-profile earners.
- The Dynamic Survey for BISP aims to verify all families that were previously registered during the 8171 survey, ensuring the accuracy of the information, particularly with their identity card numbers.
